CloudTower1 CRM is committed to protecting user privacy and providing full control over personal data.
Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your data from CloudTower1 CRM, you can request deletion using one of the methods below:
- Email us at: support@crm.cloudtower1.com.pk
- Include your registered email address and relevant account details
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete:
- Your account information
- All stored lead data
- TikTok-related lead data retrieved via integration
- TikTok lead data collected through TikTok Instant Forms
To protect user privacy, we may require verification of identity before processing deletion requests.
Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 working days after verification.
Important Notes
- Some data may be retained if required for legal or compliance purposes
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
