CloudTower1 CRM ("we", "our", "us") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed by CloudTower1 that enables businesses, agencies, and marketers to capture, manage, and analyze leads generated from digital platforms, including TikTok.

By accessing or using CloudTower1 CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

CloudTower1 CRM provides a centralized platform for managing leads, tracking campaigns, and analyzing performance. The platform is accessible to multiple users and is designed for businesses and marketers.

2. TikTok Integration

CloudTower1 CRM integrates with TikTok Marketing API. By connecting their TikTok Ads account, users authorize CloudTower1 CRM to retrieve lead data from TikTok Instant Forms.

  • We only access data that users explicitly authorize
  • We comply with TikTok for Developers policies
  • We do not access personal TikTok content beyond granted permissions

CloudTower1 CRM complies with TikTok for Developers policies and only accesses data that users explicitly authorize.

3. Public SaaS Platform

CloudTower1 CRM is a publicly available SaaS platform and is not intended for internal company use only. Any individual or business may register and use the platform independently.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate account information
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and TikTok policies
  • Users must not misuse, resell, or exploit data unlawfully
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

5. Data Usage

All data retrieved through the platform, including TikTok lead data, is used solely for CRM and lead management purposes.
We do not use any data for unauthorized purposes or share it with third parties without user consent.
Users retain ownership of their data and can request deletion at any time.
All data retrieved from TikTok is used solely for CRM lead management and is not used for any unauthorized purposes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.

7. Third-Party Services

CloudTower1 CRM may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudTower1 CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
